Post-Surgery Cuddles

Princess and I both had similar surgeries. I had a laparoscopic surgery and she was spayed. We have been not-so-patiently waiting through the healing period by cuddling and watching lots of Netflix. Thank goodness the wait is almost over.

Princess Loves to Cause Trouble

Happy Wordless Wednesday, everyone!

Princess did something on Monday that I just had to share with you all, and it isn't quite wordless. I think it's close enough, though.

A Day At The Dog Park

Princess prancing at the park

Nessie discovered a scent!

We had a lovely evening at the park. Princess and Nessie played some canine football. Princess would grab a pinecone and run around while Nessie chased her and eventually bowl her over. And then they would start again. My husband and I spent most of the evening laughing at their antics until we thought they were sufficiently worn out. Then we went home and devoured the pot roast I made. Except the dogs, they just got normal dinner.

Babysitting the Siblings

Last weekend I babysat two of Nessie's other children. Having four dogs in the house was insanity but we all had a blast. Poor Princess had to be carried to bed those nights because she was too tired to walk herself.
Like Mother Like Son- Nessie and her son, Hash.

Cabbage outsmarted Princess and Hash by hiding in the kennel with her toy.

New Year Winning Face

Here's our face last night at the Twitter party (#BlogPawsChat) when we won a PetBox from GetPetBox.com. Also, Princess tried to drink my beer while I wasn't looking. The little opportunist.

The #WordlessWednesday bloghop was closed when I went to get the link. I guess we'll have to celebrate by ourselves today.

Wordless Wednesday: They Ate It

My dogs learned how to climb on the table. They chewed up the paper my doctor wrote what blood tests I needed on.

They climbed the table and didn't go after the bowl of dog food!!! Now I have to go to the doctor and give the whole "my dog ate my blood test paper" excuse. Oh, and some good news... the doctor said my Lupus is in remission. Woot woot. (That's why there's a Lupus thing in the "related articles" section. It's linked to my Lupus blog.)
